Just bought a 1983 scrambler and doing some restoration to it I want to get 35's on it but need to add a lift kit I have been told that skyjacker has the best ride but also should look at old man emu Need some experienced scramblers with some advice on these lift kits with the softest ride.
I also have a yj tub with the yj pedals Initially i had the mechanical linkage, but would like to upgrade to hydraulic So anyone that has done this conversion please share any information that you have People that he has talked to have told him to just use rear cj springs in the front

The ride is supposed to improve with this swap and they seem to flex better When he gets it done i will chime in with his review 2006 chevrolet 2500hd, 6.0, tow pig! With the stock axles and leafs the jeep would lean to the drivers side with no gear or passengers whether sitting or driving
We replaced the springs with new 4 lift leaf springs (rancho), replaced the axles from a 1983 widetrack cj7, replaced the shocks with new shocks I would like to know axle widths And as i dont have a jeep i cant mesure them myself. I don't know much about the trim level options on the scrambler
