Follow up from this thread just got off the phone with the mol help desk
They informed me that all accounts for marines that have completed their obligated service (8+ years) are supposed to be archived Those that still have access after this point have just slipped through the cracks and will eventually be archived as well. I’m trying to get into possibly security work with the need for a security clearance I’m still serving as a weekend warrior now and where do i go or where to look to see what kind of clearance i currently have
I got word that it’s not on mol anymore Any insight would be much appreciated, semper fi! While logged into mol, click on resources, and then it should be the last option (mrows) aka Marine resource order writing service
If you have orders it should be listed there and can be accessed etc.

When i try to do the password reset it doesn't send anything to my email Yes i checked all my spam folders and everything I know that this email is the correct one because i have reset my password using it many times in the past. I can login to mol with no issues using my username and password but no cac option is given
I tried using my cac reader on my buddies computer and it works fine with my cac as well as his so i know the reader and my cac are not the problem.
