I wonder if someone can help who has got a global money account I asked a while ago for the best way to change euros into pounds and was advised that the hsbc global account would be one of the best ways So i went into branch to ask about it and was told i could have the money paid into the account in euros and because the exchange is live i could watch it and when happy change the money.
I also received this email from hsbc saying my data was stolen through a third party when setting up my business account Then two weeks later i got a notification through experian, that someone has opened accounts at santander bank under my name address, and date of birth Hsbc have been useless, not helping or updating me. So i've had an email this morning about changes to the eligibility rules for hsbc premier accounts.

Firstly inviting me to apply to upgrade to hsbc premier (from advance) but also if i invest £100k between 15th oct & 15th dec then can earn £1k cashback on 31st january 2026. Hi all, just need a little clarification on this last part of the buying process I've currently got a help to buy isa with hsbc and also am looking to exchange on a property on the 12th december (10 days time) I was just wondering what the procedure is for claiming the 25% bonus on the isa I understand i need to obtain the 'closing statement'
Is this essentially just a regular statement.
I asked hsbc the same question last month and they said no which is not great if you lose your phone and don't have a spare one Having a spare one would not really help as you can only have one authorised at a time.
